Hi, I am Femke Wolffensperger.

You have a deal to close, a project that has to move, contracts to draft or review or a team that needs a lawyer who simply gets on with it. That is where I come in.

For more than 20 years I have worked on both sides of the table: as a lawyer at top-tier Dutch firms, as in-house counsel at a listed multinational, and as the person who had to get billion-euro energy projects over the line. 

I know both sides of the table: the adviser's and the one where the project manager actually need things to happen. I bring that to your organisation, for a few hours or a few months.

Interim Legal Counsel

I am available as Legal Consultant, Interim Legal Counsel or legal sparring partner. For contracts, negotiations, governance and compliance. For a few hours, a project or a fixed period.

I work as Legal Counsel and not as an attorney-at-law (advocaat), a lawyer admitted to the Dutch bar. Where one is required, I refer you to a firm that suits you.

Energy transition projects

I was Air Liquide's lead Legal Counsel in the Porthos project; the CO₂ transport and storage project in the port of Rotterdam.

And I worked on the application that secured €110 million from the European Innovation Fund for the ENHANCE hydrogen project.

External confidential counselo

I offer employees an independent and confidential place to talk about what is going on at work. In Dutch and in English. For organisations I can also set up the role from scratch.

A confidential counselor (Vertrouwenspersoon) is likely to become mandatory in the Netherlands for organisations with ten or more employees. The Dutch Working Conditions Act already requires you to address unwanted behavior and work pressure.

How  can we work together?

By the hour, with a bundle of prepaid hours, or for a fixed number of days a month.

As confidential counsellor I work with a yearly subscription.
